• Clicking on a CATEGORY (i.e. Vitamins) from the left of the any page provides a list of products contained in that category. You will also find our complete list of categories at the bottom of our HOME page.

• Type a keyword in the search box and click on "search". You can also type in a nutrient, an herb, or he name of a product to find a specific product. This will bring up a list of product names that contain the keyword. Scan through the list of products and click on the one of interest.

• Click on 'Index A-Z' on the left column, or at the top of our HOME page, to bring up a list of all items in the website. Click on the item of interest.

RETURN POLICY

EuVitaminService.com distributes products with one aim in mind: Your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the condition or quality of your purchase through EuVitaminService.com, return it to us within 30 days for a complete refund or exchange.

• DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. You must notify us immediately if any product is received either damaged or defective. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a "Return Label" will be enclosed for the defective items to be returned back to us.

• Unopened items can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price only. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Products must be properly packed and shipped back to THE VITAMIN SERVICE in the UK at the customers' expense. Sorry, we do not issue refunds on opened items.

The following conditions apply:

• All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without prior Authorization will not be issued a refund/exchange.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to insure All merchandise properly. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned product.

• If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

• ABSOLUTELY no returns after 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
